COURSE REQUIREMENTS 

  1. Proof of legal status
    1. US Citizenship
    2. Birth Certificate
    3. US Passport
    4. Alien Card
    5. Work Permit
  2. Social Security Card (must be original­ as required by New York State Department of Education)
  3. High School Diploma/GED (Entrance Test available for candidates without a High School Diploma or GED.)
  4. Textbook is mandatory for all training (can be purchased through Shandor Institute)
